I’m Reading, and I Love It!

One of my goals for this year was to read more.  I didn’t set a goal or a type of book that I wanted to read.  I just wanted to make it a priority, and after the first month, I’m happy to say I have.  Since January 1, I have finished four books.  I am also halfway through a fifth and partway through the sixth.

I just love reading, and I love how I feel after I’ve read.

Check out my reading lists and the books I’ve finished in 2012!

I’m always happy to have more suggestions and reviews.  Feel free to share what you are reading or something you’ve read lately that you want to pass on.

  1. I just finished The Hunger Games series and loved it! Her imagination is amazing!

  2. I love tracking what I read — it really helps me to see how much I do read. I also love the hunger games trilogy! Did you like the Imperfection book? It is on my library request list but I haven’t gotten it yet.

  3. I’m about 40% into the third book, and I’m kind of afraid to finish it. I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe it’s too intense for me with all my pregnancy hormones now. 🙂

  4. I did like The Gifts of Imperfection. It was a little lighter (?) than I had anticipated. I also thought a couple of the terms she used were kind of hokey, but it was a good book. I think if I could do it again, I would write down all the other books and authors she referenced in the book. It seemed like a great resource. I am glad I own it so I can go back and reread parts.
